Inspire Swim School - Pre-School 0 - 4 years

Parent and Baby 0 – 2 years / Parent and Toddler 2 – 3 ½ years

Teaching Pool - An introduction to the water and the swimming pool in a safe, secure and friendly environment. Babies learn to relax and have fun in the water, aiming to improve confidence in the child through the parent and to learn basic swimming skills.

Extra Young Beginners (EYB) 3 ½ - 4 years

Teaching Pool - Aim to swim one width on the front and back using arms and legs with the face in the water when on the front.
