Cancellation of courses

Inspire Leisure reserves the right to cancel a course if the numbers are lower than the minimum required. A refund or credit note will be issued in recompense.

Alteration of course dates

If a course instructor is unable to attend and the centre is unable to find a replacement, Inspire Leisure reserves the right to extend the course finishing date or alter the course date or time.

No refund will be given if you are unable to attend the new time or date, a credit note may be offered for a subsequent course.

Refunds - Once a booking has been confirmed the following will apply:

If an applicant is unable to commence the course a refund will only be given on production of a medical certificate.

The refund will come from Inspire's Head Office and will take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive. An administration fee will be charged for such refunds.

If an applicant has chosen a course which subsequently they are not able to attend a refund will not be paid.

Payment

Full payment for all courses must be made by the start of the course or the advertised due date unless otherwise agreed.

Payment can be made in person by cheque, credit or debit card (excluding American Express) or cash.

Payment can be made over the telephone with a debit card/credit card (excluding American Express)

Payment by cheque can also be made through the post accompanied by a covering letter.

Final decision

The decision of the Centre Manager shall be final in all matters involving courses.
