Little Lifeguards

Our very own creation, this course was designed to teach children between the ages of 9 and 11 years old what to do if they see someone in difficulty in a swimming pool; just like real lifeguards. It will give them an awareness of hazards as well as the skills to assist both themselves and others should the unthinkable happen. They will be provided with a training manual, whistle and T-shirt for this course.

Swim Squad

Training sessions run much the same as a swimming club without the competitions. We work on advanced stroke techniques over long distances and also carry out time trials to monitor their progress. The training each week will be varied to cover all strokes throughout the term and at an hour per session this is also a great way for your child to keep fit!
