Welcome to Littlehampton Swimming and Sports Centre
Littlehampton Swimming and Sports Centre offers an array of facilities for all to enjoy, whether it is a leisurely family swim in our main pool or an energising workout class, we have something for everyone.
Located right on the seafront in Littlehampton, the Centre provides excellent facilties for the whole community to enjoy.
Opening Hours
Monday – Friday 6.30am – 10.00pm
Saturday 7.30am – 10.00pm
Sunday 7.30am – 9.30pm
Bank Holidays 9.00am - 5.00pm
Please check with reception prior to your visit as opening times for certain facilities and bank holiday open hours may vary.
Facilities include:
- 25 x 6 lane main pool
- Teaching Pool with disabled access
- State of the art Tone zone Fitness Studio
- Number one swim school in the country
- Meeting and Function Rooms
- Sports Dome offering Badminton, 5 a side Football, Table Tennis and much more!
- Fitness Classes
- Time Out - after school children’s activities and Simply Sport
- Vending area - drinks and snacks available with an open seating area.
- Lane Swimming - Fast and Slow lanes

- Sports equipment for sale
Please note that we use Ozone as disinfectant in our pools.
Parking
Littlehampton Swimming and Sports centre has 140 parking spaces, so there should always be plenty of room. Inspire members can get a parking sticker from reception which entitles them to free parking throughout their membership for just £1. Please note that refunds on non member parking will cease with effect from 1at April 2010.
Public Transport
Remember the number 12 bus runs from Tescos in Littlehampton, Wick and Anchor Springs, Littlehampton to Littlehampton Swimming and Sports Centre 6 days a week.
